Position Details

• Full-time, school-based contract position in Allen, TX

• Immediate start for the current school year

• Potential for contract renewal based on performance and district needs

Minimum Qualifications

• Valid Texas School Psychology License or Licensed Specialist in School Psychology (LSSP)

• Master’s or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology or related field

• Clear background check and fingerprint clearance per Texas Education Agency (TEA) guidelines

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct psychoeducational evaluations to assess cognitive, academic, emotional, and behavioral needs

• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement IEPs and behavioral interventions

• Provide counseling and consultation services to support student mental health and academic success

• Maintain accurate documentation and participate in ARD meetings and team planning
