School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Amherst, Massachusetts

A full-time opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Clinical Fellow SLP (CF-SLP) to work onsite, offering support to students, collaborating with educators, and guiding them toward stronger communication skills throughout the academic year.

Primary Qualifications:

• Valid SLP license or certification in Massachusetts, or eligibility for CF-SLP status
• Solid background in school-based settings, with prior experience serving school-aged children preferred
• Proficient in conducting evaluations, assessments, and developing effective IEP goals
• Demonstrated experience collaborating with teachers, special education personnel, and multidisciplinary teams
• Strong organizational abilities and communication skills
• Readiness for a full-time, in-person role and ability to pass a CORI background screening

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech and language therapy to students across assigned classrooms
• Evaluate students speech and language abilities, completing detailed assessments and documentation
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education program (IEP) goals
• Work closely with teachers and other support staff to tailor interventions and support each students needs
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute expertise to team-based educational planning
• Communicate progress and strategies with families and caregivers
