Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current SLP state license (or eligibility) and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Previous experience in a school-based setting is highly valued
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to tailor interventions to individual student needs and work effectively alongside teachers and other service providers

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for students with speech, language, communication, and/or swallowing disorders
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals and therapy plans
• Collaborate with education staff, families, and outside professionals to ensure comprehensive student support
• Maintain accurate records and document student progress in compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines
• Participate in team meetings, provide consultation, and deliver trainings as needed
