Embark on a rewarding contract opportunity as a Speech-Language Pathologist supporting Early Childhood Special Education (ECSE) programs near Andover, MN! Youll make a meaningful difference in the lives of young learners, working a consistent four-day week (0.8 FTE / 32 hours) from now through the end of the 2026-2027 school year.

With a focus on collaboration and individualized care, youll help students with a variety of communication needsincluding those with multiple disabilitiesgain vital skills to thrive in and out of the classroom.

Qualifications:

  • Active Minnesota SLP License and relevant professional certification required
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
  • Previous school-based SLP experience highly valued
  • Experience working with children with multiple disabilities encouraged
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and team collaboration skills

Your Role:

  • Assess, diagnose, and provide individualized therapy to early learners in ECSE settings
  • Develop and implement IEPs in partnership with teachers, families, and other professionals
  • Use research-based interventions to support receptive, expressive, and pragmatic language development
  • Maintain precise records and deliver ongoing progress updates
  • Foster a supportive, inclusive, and developmentally appropriate environment for students
  • Participate in multidisciplinary teams and contribute to professional development activities
