Seeking SLP for short term opportunity

Blazer Jobs is now interviewing qualified Speech-Language Pathologists for a short-term, onsite position with a school district in Antioch, IL. This full-time opportunity begins August 19, 2025, and runs through November 7, 2025, covering a maternity leave. This is an excellent opportunity to make a strong impression and be considered for future openings with the district.

Job Description:

• Provide direct speech-language services to K–5 students

• Conduct assessments, evaluations, and develop IEP goals

• Collaborate with teachers and special education teams

• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting

• Participate in IEP meetings and parent conferences as required

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology

• Active Illinois State SLP License

• Professional Educator License (PEL) with a Special Education Endorsement in Speech-Language Pathology

• Prior school-based experience preferred
