Blazer Jobs is now hiring a compassionate and qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to serve students in the Arlington, Texas area. This full-time, school-based role is ideal for a clinician who wants a mix of clinical independence and team collaboration in a setting that values your expertise.

Position Details:

• Position: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

• Setting: School-based (PreK–12 options available)

• Location: Arlington, TX

• Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday

• Start Date: 2025–2026 School Year

• Pay: Starting at $48/hour, depending on experience and placement

Responsibilities Include:

• Conducting speech-language evaluations and progress assessments

• Developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

• Providing direct therapy services to students in individual or small group settings

• Supporting students with articulation, receptive/expressive language, fluency, AAC, and more

• Participating in IEP meetings and collaborating with multidisciplinary school teams

• Documenting services and maintaining compliance with state and district requirements
