Key Qualifications:

• Valid state license or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC, CF) or SLPA
• Prior experience in school settings preferred, especially with elementary-aged children
• Strong organizational, collaboration, and communication skills
• Flexibility and adaptabilitya willingness to work with a caseload and location that may be assigned post-interview

Your Responsibilities:

• Provide speech-language therapy services to elementary students in accordance with IEPs and best practices
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support students academic and social success
• Conduct evaluations, maintain thorough documentation, and participate in IEP meetings
• Adapt intervention strategies to meet the individual needs of each student
