Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing experienced and qualified Speech Language Pathologists (SLPs) for a full-time position with school districts in the Ashland, Wisconsin area. Requirements:

Applicants must meet all local and state requirements to be considered, including:

• Active Wisconsin Speech Language Pathology License issued by the Wisconsin Department of Safety and Professional Services

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program

• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)

• Valid Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction (DPI) license for school-based practice

• Successful completion of background checks and fingerprinting, as required by the school district

• Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech and language assessments to evaluate student needs

• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in coordination with IEP teams

• Provide direct therapy services to students in individual and group settings

• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to support communication goals

• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to ongoing progress monitoring

• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all state and district requirements

• Support inclusive learning environments through consultation and intervention strategies
