What We're Looking For:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current active Illinois license and PEL (Professional Educator License) required (submit a screenshot for verification)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
  • Previous experience in a high school or educational setting preferred
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a school team
  • Passion for supporting high-school-aged students

What Youll Do:

  • Deliver individualized and group speech-language therapy for a caseload of up to 60 students (full-time); part-time options available with smaller caseloads
  • Evaluate and develop treatment plans for students with diverse speech/language needs
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff for IEP meetings and student interventions
  • Track and document student progress, ensuring compliance with district and state requirements
  • Maintain regular communication with school leadership
