Description:
A supportive and inclusive school district in Baltimore, MD is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP) to join their team for the 2025–2026 school year. This full-time, school-based opportunity is ideal for dedicated SLPs who are passionate about supporting the communication and language development needs of K–12 students.
The successful candidate will be skilled in assessments, therapy delivery, and team collaboration to help students succeed in their educational environments.
Responsibilities:
Provide speech-language services to a diverse K–12 student population
Conduct evaluations and write thorough, data-driven reports
Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
Maintain timely and accurate documentation
Requirements:
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or
Active Maryland SLP License
Maryland State Department of Education (MSDE) certification for working in public schools
Previous school-based experience preferred
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
