Position Highlights:
Location: K–12 public schools throughout Maryland
Schedule: Full-time and part-time contract opportunities
Compensation: Competitive hourly rates, paid weekly via direct deposit
Employment Type: W-2 contract for the 2025–2026 school year
Contract Renewal: High potential for renewal based on school needs and performance
Requirements:
Active or pending Maryland SLP license
Willingness to obtain or maintain Maryland State Department of Education (MSDE) certification
Previous experience in schools or pediatric settings is preferred
Must complete background checks, fingerprinting, and district onboarding

Your Role as a Maryland SLP:
As a school-based SLP, you’ll provide speech-language assessments, create and implement IEP-based therapy plans, deliver services to students in individual and group settings, and collaborate with educators and families to support communication growth.
