Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) – Full-Time or Part-Time – Bennington, VT – 2025–2026 School Year
Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing experienced Speech Language Pathologists for full-time or part-time roles with school districts in the Bennington, VT area. This opportunity is for the upcoming 2025–2026 school year, with contract dates from August 27, 2025, through June 15, 2026.
Position Details:
Flexible scheduling: full-time or part-time
School-based role across two elementary schools or one middle school
Caseload: Approximately 50–60 students
Contract dates: August 27, 2025 – June 15, 2026
Potential for renewal based on performance
Primary Responsibilities:
Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments
Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
Provide direct therapy services to students with speech and language disorders
Maintain documentation and monitor progress toward IEP goals
Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary planning
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
Vermont SLP license issued by the Vermont Office of Professional Regulation
Vermont Agency of Education Educator License with an endorsement in Speech-Language Pathology
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFs) are also welcome to apply
School-based experience preferred
Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
