School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (K–12) – Full-Time – Birmingham, AL

We are currently hiring a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support students across K–12 grade levels in Birmingham, AL for the 2025–2026 school year. This is an on-site role providing services to students with mild to moderate communication needs.

Position Overview:

• Location: Birmingham, AL (ZIP: 35203)

• Schedule: Full-Time, 37.5 hours/week

• Setting: K–12 school environment

• Caseload:

• Mild to moderate speech and language needs

• Support may be provided at one or multiple school sites

Requirements:

• Active Alabama SLP License

• ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) preferred

• Prior school-based experience strongly valued

• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills

• Bilingual skills are a plus, but not required
