School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Boynton Beach, Florida

This full-time contract assignment spans multiple school sites, offering flexibility to tailor your schedule across locations to create a fulfilling 35-hour workweek. Start as soon as possible, with contracts running through late May 2027.

In this essential role, youll support diverse student populationscaseloads and age groups vary based on assigned sites, giving you the chance to make a meaningful impact in different educational settings. Multiple locations have immediate and upcoming needs, and you'll have the autonomy to select your preferred schools based on current vacancies. If you enjoy mentorship, we offer generous stipends for those open to supervising CFs throughout the semester.

What were seeking:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current, active Florida SLP license from the Department of Health (SLP-CCC only)
• Prior experience in school settings is preferred, but not required
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills with staff and families
• Ability to adapt to a variety of student needs and education levels
• Fingerprint clearance and timely completion of onboarding requirements
• Willingness to travel between assigned schools within the county

Key responsibilities:

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
• Develop and implement IEPs in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Provide direct and consultative services to students
• Maintain timely and thorough documentation
• Communicate effectively with families, teachers, and administration
• Support a positive educational environment across diverse campuses
