Virtual Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) – Full-Time Contract
Location: Burlington, NC (Remote)

Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing experienced Speech Language Pathologists (SLPs) for a full-time, virtual school-based contract position supporting a district in Burlington, NC. This role offers the opportunity to provide teletherapy services to students while collaborating with teachers, families, and support staff. Renewal opportunities may be available based on performance and district needs.

Responsibilities include:

• Conduct virtual evaluations and assessments to identify speech, language, fluency, and communication needs

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with teachers, families, and district staff

• Provide direct therapy services through teletherapy platforms, tailored to student goals and developmental levels

• Monitor student progress, maintain accurate documentation, and adjust interventions as needed

• Collaborate with educators and parents to ensure effective carryover of strategies across learning environments

• Stay current with best practices in teletherapy and comply with state, district, and federal guidelines

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology

• Active North Carolina SLP license and required state certifications

• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred

• Prior school-based or teletherapy experience highly valued

• Strong technology skills and ability to engage students virtually

• Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
