Now Hiring: School Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Cary, NC

We are seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team and provide speech and language services to students in Cary, North Carolina. This full-time, onsite position will support a K-12 caseload and offers a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in students

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address IEP goals

• Provide direct therapy to students and monitor their progress

• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to support student success

• Maintain accurate records and documentation of therapy sessions and student progress

• Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on student needs and goals

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology

• Active North Carolina state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist

• Prior experience working with K-12 students in a school setting is preferred

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

• Experience with IEP development and implementation
