We are seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team and provide speech and language services to students in Cary, North Carolina. This full-time, onsite position will support a K-12 caseload and offers a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of students.
Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in students
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address IEP goals
Provide direct therapy to students and monitor their progress
Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to support student success
Maintain accurate records and documentation of therapy sessions and student progress
Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on student needs and goals
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Active North Carolina state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
Prior experience working with K-12 students in a school setting is preferred
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Experience with IEP development and implementation
