Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing qualified Clinical Fellow Speech Language Pathologists (CF-SLPs) for full-time roles within school districts in the Conroe, TX area. This is an excellent opportunity for newly graduated SLPs completing their clinical fellowship year while gaining valuable school-based experience.

Position Details:

  • Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)

  • 2025–2026 School Year

  • Renewal based on performance

Requirements:

Applicants must meet all Texas state and local requirements to practice as a Clinical Fellow Speech Language Pathologist, including:

  • Completion of a Master’s or higher degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program

  • Eligibility for or possession of Texas State Board of Examiners of Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology Clinical Fellow License or temporary permit for CFY

  • Active enrollment in the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) Clinical Fellowship Program

  • Ability to pass background checks and fingerprinting as required by Texas Education Agency (TEA)

  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

  • Willingness to collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams

Typical Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech and language assessments and deliver evidence-based interventions

  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

  • Monitor and document student progress regularly

  • Participate in eligibility and IEP meetings

  • Support students with speech, language, fluency, voice, and swallowing disorders

  • Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations, including IDEA and Texas Education Agency guidelines

  • Engage in professional development and supervision as part of the clinical fellowship
