Speech-Language Pathologists | Near Charlotte, NC | 2025-2026 School Year

BlazerJobs is working with a supportive school district near Charlotte, North Carolina, to hire multiple Speech-Language Pathologists for the 2025–2026 school year. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a collaborative, student-focused environment in a desirable coastal region.

Position Details

• Title: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

• Schedule: Full-time, 2025–2026 school year

• Work Setting: Onsite

• Start Date: August 2025

In this role, SLPs will work with K-12 students across a range of communication needs. You'll be responsible for evaluations, direct therapy, documentation, and collaboration with IEP teams to support student success.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct speech-language assessments and interpret results

• Develop and implement IEPs with measurable communication goals

• Provide therapy sessions individually and in small groups

• Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff

• Maintain compliance with district and state requirements

Qualifications

• Active North Carolina SLP License (or ability to obtain)

• CCCs preferred; strong CFs will be considered

• Previous school experience preferred, not required

• Excellent communication and organizational skills
