SLP Position- Now Hiring - Full Time

Blazer Jobs is seeking dedicated and qualified Speech Language Pathologists (SLPs) to join our trusted school district partners in Chesapeake, VA. These are school-based contract positions for the 2025–2026 school year, with full-time and part-time options available. Positions start at $40 per hour (depending on experience), with opportunities for additional compensation based on qualifications.

Minimum Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Disorders

• Active Virginia SLP license

• State certification or credentials required for working in a public school setting

• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred

• Previous school-based experience preferred

Typical Responsibilities Include:

• Conducting evaluations and assessments

• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans

• Collaborating with educators, parents, and support staff

• Participating in IEP meetings

• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation
