We’re partnering with a collaborative, student-first district in Chesapeake, VA to place a full-time SLP for the 2025–2026 school year. Whether you’re an experienced CCC-SLP or an ambitious Clinical Fellow, this onsite opportunity invites you to make a meaningful difference — one voice at a time.

Role Details

• Position Type: Full-Time, 37.5 hours/week

• Location: Onsite only — Chesapeake, VA

• School Year: August 18, 2025 – May 28, 2026

• Caseload: Primarily elementary students; caseloads are actively managed to ensure balance and high-quality care

Daily Responsibilities

• Provide direct speech-language services in individual and group settings

• Complete assessments and contribute to IEP development

• Collaborate with families, educators, and IEP teams

• Track progress and maintain all documentation in compliance with district and state requirements

Required Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences

• Active Virginia SLP License (DOE or Board of Audiology & Speech-Language Pathology)

• CCC-SLP preferred — Clinical Fellows encouraged to apply

• Strong communication skills and a team-focused mindset

• Commitment to onsite service delivery

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly Pay: $48–$50/hour based on experience

• Weekly pay with direct deposit
