Blazer Jobs is currently seeking licensed Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for school-based opportunities throughout Pennsylvania for the 2025–2026 school year. From Philadelphia and Pittsburgh to the Lehigh Valley, Harrisburg, Erie, and rural districts in between, we’re connecting SLPs with schools where they can make a meaningful difference in students’ lives.

We partner with public school districts across the state to provide roles that match your goals, location preferences, and availability. Here’s what you can expect:
Custom placements in urban, suburban, and rural Pennsylvania districts
Guidance on obtaining your PA state license and PDE certification
Flexible work schedules (full-time or part-time)
One-on-one support during interviews and onboarding
Ongoing help with CEUs and licensure renewal based on PA regulations
Location: K–12 public schools throughout Pennsylvania
Schedule: Full-time and part-time positions available
Pay: Competitive hourly rates, paid weekly via direct deposit
Employment Type: W-2 contract for the 2025–2026 academic year
Renewal Potential: High chance of extension based on district need and performance
Active (or in-process) Pennsylvania SLP license
Pennsylvania Department of Education (PDE) certification or willingness to obtain
Prior school or pediatric experience is preferred
Must complete required background checks and district onboarding protocols

As a school-based SLP in Pennsylvania, you’ll evaluate students, write and implement IEP-driven therapy plans, deliver individual and group therapy, and collaborate closely with educators and families to ensure students receive the support they need.
