Are you a dedicated and licensed School Psychologist looking for a rewarding hybrid opportunity? We are seeking a full-time professional to join a supportive school district in Williamstown, Kentucky, serving a K-12 caseload. This role offers the flexibility of a hybrid schedule, with 3 days onsite each week.

Location: Williamstown, KY

Schedule: Full-Time, 37.5 hours/week; Hybrid (3 days onsite)

Caseload: K-12

Job Duties:

As a School Psychologist, you will play a vital role in supporting student success and well-being. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Conducting comprehensive psychoeducational assessments to identify student strengths and areas for growth.
• Interpreting assessment results and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop individualized education programs (IEPs) and intervention plans.
• Providing direct and indirect services to students, such as counseling, social-emotional skill building, and crisis intervention.
• Consulting with teachers, parents, and administrators on academic, behavioral, and social-emotional concerns.
• Participating in IEP meetings, eligibility determinations, and re-evaluations.
• Developing and implementing behavioral intervention plans.
• Contributing to a positive and inclusive school environment.
• Maintaining accurate and confidential student records.

Qualifications:

• Active Kentucky School Psychologist license is required.
• Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology.
• Strong knowledge of relevant state and federal regulations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a school team.
• Experience with a K-12 caseload is preferred.

Compensation:

The average hourly rate of $45-$55 based on experience for this contract licensed school speech language pathologist position.
