Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Clarkesville, GA

Step into an engaging school-based role supporting students' communication growth in a vibrant educational environment. As a contract Speech-Language Pathologist, you will collaborate closely with educators and families, providing crucial services for children in ASD and Severe/Profound classrooms (grades K5). Full-time hours up to 37.5 hours per week are available through the end of the current school year, with opportunities extending into the 20252026 academic year. Part-time applicants are also encouraged to apply, and Clinical Fellows (CFs) are welcome.

Desired Qualifications:

• Active Georgia Speech-Language Pathologist license (SLP)
• Valid Georgia Educator Certificate
• Previous school-based experience preferred but CFs are invited to apply
• Experience supporting students with autism spectrum disorder or severe/profound disabilities is a plus
• Commitment to onsite service deliveryremote work is not available for this role
• Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language therapy that meets IEP goals and supports classroom success
• Provide direct services to children in ASD and severe/profound needs classrooms
• Attend IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support students educational plans
• Monitor and document progress and participate in Medicaid billing processes as directed
