Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Claymont, DE

Qualifications:

• Active and valid SLP license (please include license information with your application)
• Experience or strong interest in school-based speech therapy
• Open to SLP-CCC and SLP-CFY candidates
• Background in pediatric and/or teletherapy settings considered a plus
• Willing to obtain Child Protective Registry check, TB test, and fingerprinting (candidate responsible for $85 fingerprint fee)
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive speech-language therapy services to students from diverse backgrounds
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to students needs
• Collaborate with educators, families, and other school specialists to ensure effective support
• Maintain accurate records and timely documentation in accordance with school and district guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multi-disciplinary team discussions
