Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing experienced Speech Language Pathologists (SLPs) for full-time positions with partner school districts in the Corona, CA area. We are seeking compassionate and skilled professionals committed to improving student outcomes through dedicated speech and language support.


Key Responsibilities

As a School-Based SLP, your duties will include:

  • Conducting speech, language, and communication assessments.

  • Developing and executing individualized education plans (IEPs).

  • Delivering direct therapy services in both individual and group settings.

  • Monitoring and documenting student progress toward IEP goals.

  • Collaborating with teachers, parents, and support staff to address student needs.

  • Participating in multidisciplinary team meetings and IEP reviews.

  • Ensuring compliance with California state education regulations and IDEA requirements.


Qualifications and Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must meet all California state and local requirements, including:

  • Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders from an accredited institution.

  • California Speech-Language Pathology License issued by the Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology and Hearing Aid Dispensers Board (SLPAHADB).

  • California Pupil Personnel Services (PPS) Credential in Speech-Language Pathology or a valid Clinical or Rehabilitative Services Credential.

  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) preferred; CFY applicants may also be considered.

  • Must pass California Department of Justice (DOJ) and FBI background checks.

  • Prior school-based experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
