Speech Language Pathologist Full-time - Crown Point, IN
Candidates must have a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, an active Indiana SLP license issued by the Indiana Professional Licensing Agency (IPLA), and ASHA’s Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) is preferred.
Job Description:
- Conduct assessments to identify speech and language disorders in K-12 students.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to enhance student communication skills.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student learning goals.
- Provide speech therapy services in one-on-one and group settings.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with educational regulations.
Experience and Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Indiana SLP license and IDOE certification.
- ASHA CCC preferred but not required.
- Experience working with school-aged children.
- Strong understanding of IEP processes and speech therapy techniques.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
