As a school-based SLP in Cypress, you’ll help shape student success through personalized speech services and team collaboration. What You’ll Do

• Conduct assessments and evaluations of students’ speech and language abilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to IEP goals

• Maintain accurate records, progress documentation, and service logs

• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists

• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to communication-focused planning

• Promote a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment

What You’ll Need

• Valid Texas Speech-Language Pathologist license

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field

• National certification (CCC-SLP) preferred; CFs may be considered based on district support

• Ability to pass background check, fingerprinting, and drug screening
