Blazer Jobs is hiring a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to support a school district in Cypress, TX. This full-time opportunity is available to both local therapists seeking long-term stability and travel SLPs interested in a dynamic school-based contract with excellent compensation.

Position Summary:
As an SLP in this role, you will work with students across grade levels to assess speech and language needs, develop IEP goals, and implement therapeutic interventions. You’ll be a vital member of the special education team, collaborating to support student development and academic growth.

Employment Tracks:
1. Local W-2 Employment:

• Full school-year commitment

• Weekly pay: $38–$45/hour, based on qualifications

2. Travel Contract (W-2 or 1099):

• Flexible term contracts

• Weekly gross: $1,700–$2,100 with housing and meal stipends

• Relocation reimbursement and licensure support

• Weekly pay: $45–$52+/hour, based on travel status and experience

Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and deliver speech-language therapy services

• Develop and manage compliant IEPs

• Collaborate with staff, students, and families

• Maintain accurate records and service documentation

• Support academic achievement through tailored interventions

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology

• Texas SLP License (or eligibility)

• CCC-SLP preferred; CFs with strong clinical backgrounds will be considered

• School-based experience is highly desirable

• Must meet district background and fingerprinting standards
