Job Description:
Blazer Jobs is seeking an experienced and motivated Fully Virtual Speech Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) to provide teletherapy services to students in Fort Worth, Texas area schools. In this role, you will assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders, collaborating with educators and families to help students meet their academic and personal goals. This position is 100% remote, allowing you to deliver exceptional services from anywhere while supporting a diverse student population.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct virtual evaluations, assessments, and screenings for speech and language disorders

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs

  • Provide evidence-based speech and language therapy services via secure teletherapy platforms

  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to integrate therapy goals into the classroom

  • Monitor and document student progress, adjusting plans as needed

  • Maintain compliance with state and district regulations and timelines

  • Participate in virtual IEP meetings and other required school team activities

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology

  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA

  • Current Texas SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a school-based setting preferred

  • Prior teletherapy experience strongly preferred

  • Strong technical skills and reliable high-speed internet connection

  • Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
