Are you a dedicated and passionate educator looking for a rewarding contract opportunity for the upcoming 2025-2026 school year? We are actively interviewing and ready to hire multiple Licensed School-Based Professionals! This is a fantastic chance to join a supportive district with a long-standing partnership with our organization.

We are primarily seeking Early Childhood/Pre-Kindergarten professionals, but we are also open to considering candidates with experience at the Elementary, Middle, and High School levels.

Position Details:

• Contract Dates: July 29, 2025 - May 29, 2026
• Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week
• Hybrid Option: Enjoy the flexibility of one day per week working from home!
• Caseloads: Reasonable caseloads, typically around 55 students.
• District Partnership: We've had a successful partnership with this school for over 18 years, and our contractors consistently report high satisfaction.

Job Duties (May vary based on discipline and student needs):

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) or intervention plans.
• Provide direct instruction and/or therapeutic services to students in a school setting.
• Conduct assessments and interpret results to inform instructional strategies.
• Collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, administrators, and other school staff.
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed.
• Maintain accurate and organized documentation.
• Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Active Educator License is required for your specific discipline.
• Demonstrated experience in a school-based setting preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Compensation:

This contract position offers an average hourly rate of $45-$55 based on experience.
