A welcoming and student-focused school district near Niceville, Florida is seeking a Bilingual Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) fluent in English and Spanish for a full-time, onsite position for the 2025–2026 school year. This role offers the opportunity to support diverse learners across various school sites and grade levels through direct therapy, evaluations, and assessments.

Position Overview

• Location: Onsite near Niceville, FL

• Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday

• Caseload: K–12, various openings

• Services: Direct therapy, evaluations, and assessments

• Contract Term: 2025–2026 school year

• Remote Option: Not available – onsite only

Responsibilities

• Deliver bilingual speech-language therapy services

• Conduct evaluations and assessments in both English and Spanish

• Collaborate with school staff, families, and IEP teams

• Support students in meeting IEP speech-language goals

• Maintain accurate service documentation and progress reports

• Contribute to a team-focused, student-centered work culture

Candidate Requirements

• Active SLP-CCC certification for the state of Florida

• Fluency in English and Spanish

• School-based experience preferred

• Strong communication and cultural competence

• Must be available for onsite work only
