Now Hiring: Remote Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Michigan 

BlazerJobs is partnering with a school district in Michigan to hire a dedicated and experienced Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist for the 2025–2026 school year. This is a 1099 contract position designed for professionals who thrive in a remote environment and are passionate about helping students succeed through teletherapy.

Position Overview:

• Location: Michigan (fully remote)

• Contract Type: 1099 Independent Contractor

• Schedule: Full-Time or Part-Time based on school needs

• Contract Dates: Full 2025–2026 School Year

• Caseload: K–12 students

• Platform: District-supported teletherapy system

Qualifications:

• Active Michigan SLP License

• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)

• Minimum of 2 years of school-based experience

• Prior teletherapy experience preferred

• Must pass a technology screening (device, internet speed, webcam, etc.)

• Professional liability insurance required (for 1099 contractors)

Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language therapy services to students virtually

• Complete assessments and write comprehensive evaluation reports

• Develop, implement, and track IEP goals

• Maintain timely and accurate documentation and session notes

• Communicate effectively with school staff, students, and families

• Attend virtual IEP meetings and team planning sessions
