Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Dumfries, VA

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Active Virginia Speech-Language Pathologist license required
• Previous experience with school-based caseloads preferred
• Expertise in evaluating and treating speech, language, and communication disorders in children
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to complete district-specific onboarding, including a TB test and on-site background check

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language services to elementary students in both individual and group settings
• Develop and implement IEP goals, monitor progress, and maintain accurate documentation
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
• Conduct assessments and provide timely reports as part of a comprehensive special education process
