Job Overview – What You’ll Do:

• Conduct psychoeducational assessments and provide data-driven evaluations for students

• Collaborate with IEP teams to interpret testing results and recommend appropriate support services

• Offer behavioral consultation, crisis intervention, and social-emotional support

• Support Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS), Response to Intervention (RTI), and other student-focused initiatives

• Partner with educators, families, and support staff to promote student well-being and academic success

• Maintain accurate documentation, participate in IEP meetings, and uphold compliance with state and federal regulations

Qualifications & Certifications (Illinois Requirements):

• Master’s or Specialist degree in School Psychology from an accredited institution

• Valid Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with an endorsement in School Psychology

• Must meet state requirements for school-based psychological services

• Experience with IEP processes, assessments, and behavioral intervention preferred

• Strong collaboration and communication skills required
