Blazer Jobs is seeking a Bilingual or Monolingual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to serve students in El Paso, Texas. Starting pay is $50/hour, with full-time school-based opportunities available.

About the Role

As an SLP in El Paso schools, you’ll conduct evaluations, provide direct therapy, and help create language-rich environments that support both English-speaking and bilingual students. You’ll work closely with families, teachers, and special education teams to develop plans that help every student succeed academically and socially.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct speech-language evaluations in English and/or Spanish as appropriate

• Develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and provide therapy

• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families on intervention strategies

• Document services and maintain compliance with district and state guidelines

• Participate in IEP meetings and student support teams
