Full-Time Speech Language Pathologist – Ellicott City, MD (2025–2026 School Year)

Position Overview:

• Location: Ellicott City, MD

• Schedule: Full-time, school-based

• School Year: 2025–2026

Key Responsibilities May Include:

• Conducting evaluations and assessments for students with speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders

• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEP goals

• Providing direct therapy and consultative services to students

• Collaborating with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student outcomes

• Documenting student progress and maintaining compliance with district and state regulations

• Participating in IEP meetings and contributing to educational planning

Qualifications – Applicants Must Meet the Following:

• Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology

• Active Maryland SLP License issued by the Maryland Board of Audiologists, Hearing Aid Dispensers, and Speech-Language Pathologists

• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred; CFY candidates may be considered depending on district guidelines

• Must meet Maryland State Department of Education (MSDE) requirements for working in schools (may include fingerprinting, background checks, and additional certification)

• Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills

• School-based or pediatric experience preferred
