Speech Language Pathologist in Esparto, CA

Step into a rewarding contract speech-language pathology opportunity supporting early learners in a dynamic school-based setting. Provide essential services to PreK and Kindergarten students, working onsite with an engaged caseload of approximately 25-35 children. This role spans the academic year from August 20, 2026, through June 4, 2027, offering the chance to make a lasting difference during a critical stage in child development.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Current SLP license or eligibility; out-of-state applicants considered if willing to obtain California licensure
• SLP-CCC credential preferred
• Previous experience working with PreK and Kindergarten-age children highly valued
• Familiarity with school-based service delivery models
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation abilities
• Compassionate, child-centered approach

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for PreK and Kindergarten students
• Deliver direct therapy services in accordance with IEP goals and state/federal guidelines
• Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to foster student communication growth
• Maintain thorough records, progress notes, and evaluation data
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to multidisciplinary teams
• Support a positive, inclusive learning environment onsite
