Located near the vibrant city of Eugene, OR, youll work across two high schools and one elementary campussplitting your time between the Westmoreland and Lane locations. This assignment fosters professional development through collaboration with a dedicated team of 12 SLPs (remote and in-person support), exposure to diverse student needs, and a chance to grow in your expertise in a life skills program. Qualifications/Experience:

  • SLP - CCC credential required, with school-based SLP experience highly valued
  • Experience with feeding/swallowing (safe eating) and AAC is a plus but not requiredtraining available
  • Adaptable, independent, and eager to work with life skills programs
  • Able to manage a caseload of approximately 33 students

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Support students in life skills programming across both locations
  • Provide speech, language, and AAC interventions (training available for AAC, feeding/swallowing)
  • Collaborate with special education teams, paraprofessionals, and assistants
  • Manage therapy plans, document progress, and communicate with staff/families as appropriate
