Desired Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current and active SLP license (or eligibility) in Arkansas
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
• Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting is a plus
• Solid communication, organization, and documentation skills
• Compassionate approach and ability to work well with students, families, and school staff

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and assessments for students with speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEPs
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in line with school and district policies
• Deliver direct therapy services individually or in small groups
• Attend and participate in IEP meetings as required
• Provide education and training to staff and families as needed
