What were seeking:

  • Active, current state license for Speech-Language Pathology
  • Experience in K-12 school settings strongly preferred
  • Expertise in providing direct (individual/group therapy) and indirect (consultative/collaborative) services
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with students, educators, and families
  • Comfort with documentation, progress tracking, and compliance standards
  • Flexibility to work onsite full-time; willingness to collaborate in a dynamic educational environment
  • Passion for making a difference in students communication and academic journey

Key responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive speech and language assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and provide evidence-based intervention strategies
  • Maintain accurate records, complete required documentation, and communicate progress to all stakeholders
  • Participate actively in interdisciplinary meetings and collaborate with teachers, parents, and other service providers
