Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) – Cumberland County Schools

Location: Fayetteville, NC
Contract Dates: August 13, 2025 – May 22, 2026
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday, 37.5 hours/week
Caseload: Elementary, Middle, and High School (Work Model Caseload)
Work Setting: Onsite Only
Pay Rate: $38+ Hourly

Position Overview:

Cumberland County Schools is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) to support students across multiple grade levels. In this role, you will work onsite to provide speech and language services while assisting a remote Speech-Language Pathologist (Voco SLP).

Requirements:

 Active North Carolina SLPA License (Required)
 Experience in school-based settings preferred
 Strong collaboration and communication skills
