Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing experienced Speech Language Pathologists for a full-time role with school districts in the Forest Lake, MN area. This position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on students' communication skills and their overall academic achievement.

Minimum Requirements – Minnesota State

Applicants must meet all of the following criteria to be considered:

  • Hold a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program

  • Possess an active Minnesota State Speech Language Pathologist License

  • Have experience working as a Speech Language Pathologist in an educational setting

  • Meet all local and state requirements, including:

  • Minnesota Department of Education (MDE) certification

  • Fingerprint clearance and background check

  • Compliance with any required professional development

Candidates who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct speech and language evaluations to assess communication disorders in students

  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on student needs

  • Provide direct therapy services to students with speech and language impairments

  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other staff members to support student success

  • Assist in the development of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and 504 Plans

  • Provide consultation and recommendations for classroom accommodations

  • Maintain thorough documentation of services, progress, and outcomes
