Desired Skills and Qualifications:

• Active Georgia Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) License
• Current GaPSC Educator Certification
• Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP-CFY) candidates are welcome to apply
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
• Prior experience in K-12 educational settings is valued
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Commitment to providing onsite services (this is not a virtual/remote role)

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, diagnose, and provide therapy for students with speech, language, and communication disorders
• Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to students needs
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to maximize outcomes
• Maintain thorough documentation, progress notes, and evaluation reports in compliance with school and state requirements
• Support students across various caseloads, determined by your experience and current district needs
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to team-based decision-making
