School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Fort Collins, Colorado

Make a meaningful impact working as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) in a supportive school environment near beautiful Fort Collins, Colorado. This is a full-time, onsite assignment for the 2026-2027 academic year, where youll collaborate with dedicated educators and help students reach their communication potential through specialized therapeutic intervention.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Current, active Colorado SLP license and Colorado Department of Education (CDE) certification
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
• Previous experience in a school-based setting highly desirable
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Strong knowledge of IEP documentation and goal writing
• Energetic, compassionate, and adaptable to a dynamic educational environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and consultative speech-language services to students in accordance with IEPs
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation, progress reports, and IEP updates
• Participate in eligibility and IEP meetings, offering expertise on communication needs
• Provide training and resources for staff and parents to support student progress
