Overview

Fort Worth ISD is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a hybrid role. This position combines on-site support in schools with remote teletherapy services, offering flexibility while ensuring students receive high-quality speech and language support.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess speech, language, and communication needs.

  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).

  • Deliver direct therapy services both in-person and virtually.

  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student growth.

  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with IDEA and Texas state regulations.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.

  • Current Texas SLP license (or eligibility).

  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.

  • Experience with school-based services or teletherapy a plus.
