School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Franklin, Indiana

Qualifications and Required Experience:

• Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license, with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
• Prior experience delivering speech-language services in a school setting preferred
• Strong background in conducting evaluations and developing appropriate intervention strategies
• Excellent communication, organization, and collaborative skills
• Ability to build rapport with students, educators, and families

Daily Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive speech and language evaluations for a broad range of student needs
• Work collaboratively with other SLP staff, particularly for nonverbal life skills students
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized therapy plans
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reporting for assigned caseload
• Participate actively in IEP meetings and interdisciplinary teams
• Consult with faculty and families to support students educational success
