School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Gig Harbor, Washington

We are seeking three dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for contract placementstwo full-time positions and one part-timeserving both elementary and high school students. Positions are based in-person and begin as soon as possible, continuing through June 17, 2027.

What were looking for:

• Valid Washington State SLP license
• ESA certification (Educational Staff Associate)
• SLP-CCC credential required
• School-based SLP experience preferred
• Fingerprinting through OSPI is mandatory
• Ability to excel in team settings, collaborating with educators and families
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
• Adaptable to the needs of students across various age groups and settings

What youll do:

• Deliver speech and language therapy to elementary or high school students (placement based on preference/fit)
• Assess, diagnose, and implement individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to ensure student progress
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with state and district guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings, student progress monitoring, and consultations
• Provide support and advocacy for students with diverse speech and language needs
• Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment
