School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Glendale, California

Embark on a fulfilling contract opportunity supporting students near Glendale, CA, as a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC or CF). Youll play a vital role across multiple sites, fostering communication skills in school-aged children. This full-time position has a set schedule of 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday, with assignments at 1 to 4 schools (most SLPs work at two). The district ensures no commute will exceed 20 miles or one hour from your home base, adding certainty and comfort as you support diverse learners.

What You'll Need:

• Active, posted California SLP License
• Valid CTC documentation (preliminary or clear SLP credential or Certificate of Clearance)
• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• SLP-CCC or Clinical Fellow (CF) status (with arranged supervision)
• Experience with school-aged caseloads preferred
• Ability to travel between assigned schools
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Role Details:

• Serve as SLP for caseloads of 55-60 students, K-12
• Deliver direct therapy services and conduct assessments
• Complete IEP-related activities (without case manager dutiesthose are assigned at each campus)
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation
• Collaborate with educational teams, parents, and students
• Reimbursement for assessment materials up to $2,500
