Desired Skills and Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field (for SLPs)
• Valid state licensure as an SLP or SLPA
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred for SLPs
• Previous experience within a school setting strongly desired
• Ability to manage diverse K-12 caseloads and adjust to varying student needs
• Skilled in assessment, intervention, and documentation practices
• Outstanding communication, organizational, and interpersonal abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and provide individualized speech and language therapy services to students across all grade levels
• Develop and implement IEP goals in collaboration with teachers and families
• Employ creative and evidence-based therapy techniques
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to a collaborative school culture
• Provide mentorship and support if working with SLPAs or team colleagues
