As a school-based SLP, you’ll support students with diverse communication needs through evidence-based therapy and close collaboration with school teams. What You’ll Do

• Conduct assessments and evaluations of students’ speech and language skills

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals

• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports

• Collaborate with educators, families, and related service providers

• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student-centered planning

• Foster a supportive, inclusive environment that promotes communication success

What You’ll Need

• Valid Louisiana Speech-Language Pathologist license

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders

• Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred

• Clinical Fellows (CFs) may be considered based on district support

• Experience working in K–12 school settings is highly valued

• Ability to pass background check, fingerprinting, and drug screening
